TECHNICAL REPORT
After completion of field works the in-line inspection data comes to NGPME LLC production base, where it is processed and the Preliminary, and then the Final Technical Reports are issued. The Final Technical Report is the final result of in-line inspection works and is issued for each inspected section of the pipeline. The Final Technical Report contains information about all defects and features of the pipeline section detected in the course of diagnostics.
To process the data of in-line inspection and issue Technical Reports NGPME LLC uses a universal software complex of its own development. Company engineers, using NGPME LLC software, process the data of in-line inspections, evaluate the detected anomalies for compliance with the requirements of certain regulatory documents (depending on the terms of the Contract), perform strength calculations and form the final result - the Final Technical Report, later provided to the Customer.
Reliability of the data presented in the Technical Reports is confirmed by the defect verifications (DDK). Flaw detection engineers of NGPME LLC have the documented relevant qualification, are equipped with all the necessary equipment for DDK and are ready to go to the place of work at the Customer's first demand under the current Contract.
